Can No Longer Edit Ordered Stack

If you look at my ordered Top 100 list you'll notice that there are 101 elements in it. I don't know why it let me do this.

I can no longer save any changes made to the stack because it will return an error explaining that I cannot have more than 100 items in the stack. I tried to delete some items from the stack but was given the same error. Finally, I tried to change the stack to an unordered one and it gave me an error stating that a problem occurred while saving.
