Cannot Apply Changes in Union Admin Tab

In my union The Warrior Spirit Union I can't apply general changes in my admin tab. This means I can't put my union in a category or associate games with my union. It's been like this for quite some time now, and it's rather annoying. I was wondering if there is something that can be done about this soon. Thanks for any help provided.

Just waned to add that if you change your union category, it sometime doesn't show up at the search result but I think the problem you guys are having; might be something else but not a glitch for sure. cos it's working fine at mine. Did you guys tried with different browsers?
