Cant Track Others

Hi I am new here in GS and I am trying to make friends by tracking others. Every time I go to ANY profile I see a message on the top on there profile [Picture LinkBelow].

Then when I try tracking them I get sent back to the top of the page. Someone help me out please.

And the same thing is happening to me as well, I can't track anyone!!! When I try it brings me to the top of the page as well and it says that there's and error on the pageat the bottom my screen.
