Comments on user reviews (again..)

After the disaster of having nearly all the positive MW2 user reviews deliberately marked down, there is no greater time to express the need for comments on user reviews. At least this way we could ignite some more reasons for the thumbs up/thumbs down. As it stands though they are just digits with no explanation.

If there are nasty comments written then they can just be reported as per usual.

If we really wanted to get some explanation we could make it compulsory that you have to leave a comment in order to give a thumbs up/thumbs down.

Yeah. Isn't just thumbing down a review of a user you dislike, or if you disagree with the score a form of trolling?

It's still my opinion that all Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down options should just be removed altogether. Fanboys stampede the stuff they don't like and generally enjoy runining everything for "Teh lulz." Trolls will always be on every forum there is, and lots of them lurk here. ;)
