Creating a union

I did the first step, the invited 4 members to be charters. 3 days later (I think) 2 have said yes, 1 said no and 1 hasn't replied. Because I know you need 4 charter members i cancel the invitation to the 1 who hasn't replied so I could invite some different people except i can't do anything. Do I have to shut down the union and start again and invite like 12 people to be charter members and hope 4 accept???

I would send people you think would be part of it a pm asking their permission so, as Fastest stated, you don't run into this again. I can kill the Union for you if you need me to. Just send me a link in the pm.
