Dates locked to a time before GameSpot even ever existed?

Hi!

I don't know if this is the right place for this sort of post, but I've been having a problem with my account that seems to ONLY affect me. It happened about a month back and never fixed itself and I'm afraid if I post one day it may affect something on the server.

The problem is, is that dates for me seem to have been reset and LOCKED to Dec 31, 1969 7:00 pm ET. For instance, on the forums index, my profile summary will read:

Last online: Dec 31, 1969 7:00 pm ET

I had a look at the GameSpot bugs thread, and there's a bug that similarly describes this problem, however, the difference is, I have not been inactive for a long period of time. The same problem also occurs whenever I post a comment on a news article, it'll show up as that same date, but after a few minutes it'll switch to the current date.

Is it something that can be fixed, or something I should just leave alone and not worry about? Thanks!

It can be fixed:lol: and this is known for a long time by now. All users have this. Only at the forums tab that is. But not at their profile. Don't worry about it.;) Just leave and ignore it and use it for a good laugh.:PRasengan_X

It's concerning because a few people have told me that they don't have this problem - that the date reads correctly on the forum index and everywhere they leave their mark. :|
