Downloads not working 8jan09

I'm not sure why but I cant seem to download any files from GS. I keep getting 404 - Page Not Found error! However Im able to stream video etc. I've looked through the help sections on the site and have installed getright etc but still not working. I also went into prefs and put dl server location as us east coast *I'm in UK tho*

Been a member since 2004 never had this problem before. The only new thing i did today was to update my new credit card information would this cause a problem?

can you post the link/download name that you are getting 404 error for?

and i don't think ur new credit card number caused this.

Ok I can dl videos but not any downloadable content like wallpapers, patches etc this is the link to the page error that comes up.

GS guys, I have the same problem. I cannot download any videos. What I usually do is download the high definition version of what I want to watch, and then keep it on my hard drive for future reference. It seems that all links are broken, and I keep getting errors like "internet explorer cannot display page".

The very reason I have a GS subscription is the HD videos, people. If I can't get that anymore, I don't have a reason to renew.
