Forgot Password function never sends email.

Before we get into this, yes the following is true:

1. The email address is a known email with a GameSpot account attached to it.

2. I have checked my spam folder

3. I have given the email PLENTY of time to arrive.

So I used to have an active GameSpot account a few years ago, but I haven't used it in a long time. I tried to login, but can't remember my password. I tried the forgot password option, but it's not sending me anything. I know the email address is correct, because I can't create a new account using that email address.
