Hi,

I just wanted to say that I would like to use the GameSpot Download Manager. However I refuse to use Internet Explorer. I would like to know if there is a way I could change it to use Mozilla Firefox? If so I would really appreciate it.

Thanks.:D

Hey, first post.

I'm pretty sure it works with FireFox. I'm using FireFox and am having no problem opening it up and pushin' stuff. It might be you don't have Flash to view it? Or maybe Java? Not sure which one is used.

The Download Manager should launch into whatever browser spawns it. So if you are using FF and you start a download using the Download Manager, the Download Manager should be in FF. If you spawn the Download Manager from the system tray, it will open in your default browser.

Also, make sure you have Flash installed for that browser.

So it does. Im not sure what changed however, it works now in Firefox. Last week, when the new manager debuted, I tried it, and it would always open in Internet Explorer. If there was a change since then it fixed it and I can now use the manager without a hitch.

Thanks! :)
