I was just reading at the feeds and noticed this.

We encourage you to use these feeds, so long as you do not post our full-text stories, and so long as you provide proper attribution to GameSpot.

So, since I use vbulletin 3.8.4 (patch level 1) how can I configure my rss feed manager to not post the full article?

I suppose this is an example of another kind of problem that posting entire articles into RSS descriptions can cause. The "new" feeds - the ones that have been advertised on the RSS page roughly since the site went wide - embed entire articles into RSS descriptions. There was a point at which I thought they might have worked on that a little bit, but looking over the feeds just now it still looks like an awful lot of the feeds are still embedding full articles. The platform (no type), All News (type=3), Previews (type=12), and site_blog feeds are all definitely still including full articles in descriptions. Using the full article as the article description certainly complicates complying with the terms of use mentioned. I have no idea if vbulletin provides any tools for truncating these kinds of wayward descriptions or not. That might be a question for them. I wonder what they would think about these feeds. Anyway, the only other thing I can suggest is avoiding these "new" feeds for your application. There are some "old" feeds that are still in production, but they may have a few of their own drawbacks. You can see a list of the ones I know about in this thread.
