Gamespot tv app not working on xbox360

I for 2 week now i can t open the gamespot tv app on xbox 360 i always get the error message the its not available i got support from xbox live the try everything and it still not working

Yeah, I've never used it before so gave it a try and you're right, it doesn't seem to work properly now. There is a support email address provided on the app which might get a response as well: gstv-support@cbsinteractive.com.
