Gamespot's main page: filled with spoilers and distasteful ads

Its been a while I've been wondering if I should post this, but the amount of coverage this site has given to Game of Thrones pushed me over the edge to write this.

I don't have an issue with covering Game of Thrones, I love the show and it's very popular. But please understand that just by visiting your main page, some things are being spoiled for me. I'm only on the 3rd year of the show and you guys keep posting character discussions and such for season 6. Now I know who still lives in the show....you're basically spoiling the show for people like me. Please refrain from giving away too many details in thumbnail pictures and descriptions of the articles on your main page.

Secondly, the ads on the main page often have distasteful images and honestly look like something I would expect to find in a Tabloid magazine. Anyways, I feel those 2 things are hurting the Gamespot website image, I always considered this site to be a little of a step up from others, but these things imo are just making Gamespot look like a 2nd rate site.

Anyways, not sure if this kind of feedback is appropriate here, but just wanted to sound off.

I'll share your feedback on spoilers with the Content team. They usually try to be sensitive to spoilers, but I'm sure it's also tough to account for folks who are several seasons behind.

As for the distasteful ads, if you could send examples (screenshots) that would be extremely helpful. The ads rotate all the time and we don't have control over most of them, but if we have examples of bad ads, we can try to get them removed.
