GS: I won TOTS Trivia but never received a confirmation email. Help?

As I said, I won a recent trivia question on the on the spot show, and later received a message on Gamespot stating that I have received an email. (needed to validate my email address to affirm that it is connected to my GS account. However, I never received an email, so I can't respond and get my prize. Help!? :/

Check all your e-mail addresses! If you have not received it in your in-box, then check your spam filter(where spam goes)! If that does not work...hit up the moderator boards!
