help on signature images.

If you upload it it takes a while to show. No big deal.
I would recommend to use either the coding or just to copy and paste the image in your sig.
Also don't forget to turn the ''always show user signatures'' option on in your ''forums'' tab in your preferences.
So this is not a glitch.:)
