I just got a weird error when I tried posting.

I got this error when I tried posting in a thread.

"No user,can post more then 20 messages in a 1 hour period"

For about 10mins I couldnt post.Just now it started working.Is this normal or is it a glitch?

EDIT:weird I just got it again.My mistake it says "To prevent flooding no user, can post more then 20 message in an hour period"
