Inbox shows a '1' but there are no unread messages

I've had this for about 2 months now, and I've posted about it before, to no avail.

It's extremely annoying seeing an envelope and knowing they aren't any new messages to read. This should be fixed.

When you say you see the envelope but there is no messages you mean the big orange one right? If so it also counts any updates you get too so you have to click on those. But if you're talking about the small white envelope icon then its probably an issue.

It's nothing to do with updates because I check them thorugh normal GS and GS Fuse.

Here's what it looks like:

That '1' is always there, no matter how much I check my inbox.

This might sound like a stupid but are you sure you have read all your PMs. Make sure you haven't missed one that maybe has got push down your PM list. You could alway try selecting all your PMs and hit the "Mark as Read" button.

Sending a PM to yourself might reset it.

I went through 4 pages of messages, went into every one and nothing happened. So then I went through those 4 pages again only this time I clicked 'Mark As Read' and it actually fixed it! It's like there was an invisible pm or something :?
