I think showing your post count is a better idea.

I agree. Registration date seems pointless to me, and you can see it on your profile anyways.

Yeah that is true. And showing your post counts shows who uses the forums and post more here on GameSpot.
Then displaying level encourages spam too, since you can spam up your level. Really, I just think this addition would promote elitism in certain users saying things like others opinions don't matter if they haven't been using the site long enough.
Spamming isn't as rampant a problem as it was when there were leaderboards in the old forums before the redesign.
[QUOTE="Thorpe89"]It's not required. Your level is there to show how long you've been active on the site.8sardinr
not at all... level is hjust as bad as posts, ive been active for 3 years just as urself, but compare r levels
Your level is based on how active you are, not how long you've been a member. You don't have very many message board posts which most likely leads to why you have a much lower user level.
Spam up your level? But doesn't the Max Cap % on levels stop that from happing now? Then displaying level encourages spam too, since you can spam up your level. Yes, but posting a lot can easily max out the cap, from what I have seen.

Well, before the redesign refreshers worked to spam up levels too. I agree with the SolidSnake said...We need to stop worrying about potential spammers.
