GameSpot says it's GameFaq's fault because it's shared and I never knew anything about anything being shared.

Okay so GameFaq says it's their fault but they can't fix it and so thus it's your fault.

GameSpot says it's their fault, but they can't fix it so it's both their faults, and yet they won't do anything, so they direct me here because it's a coding issue and somehow you get me unmoderated...

So...

I'm guessing I'm going to get transferred again (reminds me of automated phone services and customer service) until I just decide to call someone and get someone at the top... because I like posting, and I'm entirely prepared to go to that level if need be.

You're getting the runaround because you're asking the wrong people to fix the wrong things. Your moderation issue is with GameFAQs and your solution is to wait for an administrator there to deal with it. There's only one person there who handles things and there's nothing you can do to accelerate that process. The technical issue is a Gamespot issue. Incidentally, Ctrl+F5 isn't the same thing as the refresh button. Ctrl+F5 forces a refresh from the server while F5 may or may not refresh from your local cached version of the page.

Yeah, I'm not a mod over there. I've just seen the same problem come up before.
