I'm not sure what lists you are referring to, but it sounds sort of like it might have something to do with a Fuse signature. If it's an issue with a Fuse signature, you might want to report it on the Fuse beta forum.
I think he's talking about the Most Played lists on the platform hubs. That data is provided by Raptr, so Raptr's recent server issues might have caused issues with it. I can see the PC list right now, haven't checked the others.
