My avatar just got replaced and my banner is gone

I just logged in today and noticed that my user icon was replaced with this

and my banner was gone, so ok no big deal ill just put it back to the way it was. but then I was on Fuse and I noticed some other users had there avatars replaced as well, I dont know if this is just another glitch but I thought I should point this out.

EDIT: I just tried to put my old image back only for it to say that the image URL is not allowed

ah I see, all my images were uploaded from postimage, too bad its not on the list cuz that site was so straight up and easy.

Yeah, my avatar is missing. I haven't had one complaint about my website being a malware site and now I have a funky G that replaced it. It would have been nice to have some warning so we could get our websites Oked prior to the new rules so we didn't lose our avatars or whatnot.

MINE WAS UPLOAD FROM COMPUTER IM Angry now im foirced to use Gamespot Value Image.... I can't Get mine to work from uploading computer... What Domain i have to use ? i want my OLD AVATAR BACK

Exactly. There are those of us who do not read the community blog or rarely venture far from OT or a few other forums. A sticked thread in all the forums would have been better. I would have noticed that.

My avatar was defaulted as well.

I read about the offsite link change, but wow it's been a while, completely forgot about it.

I was about to comment on how I have to resize my avatar yet again; but it auto-resizes to 80x80.

Welp, hopefully that's less internet congestion now that links aren't being loaded everywhere.
