My avatar refuses to update except for sometimes.

I updated my avatar but it refuses to actually show up except on rare occasions where it does. Then an hour later it changes back to the old one. It keeps going back and forth.

same i changed mine and nothing happens when I comment but is there when I'm on my page.  Also won't reset for whatever reason?
