my failure to upload vids

every time I get to the second step of uploading a video, I always get this:

and not surprisingly! no one cares for our problems!

Yea its a bit off how nobody is even posting to confirm the issue and give us a timeframe.

I dont know how this sites CMS is built, but from my own sites, it seems like a simple php syntax error which makes it even more frustrating.

Give us some sort of reply please moderators.
