I'm unable to view pretty much any new videos, it just says I need flash 10 to view the video. I have the latest version of flash so i shouldn't be getting this problem.

I have similar problem. Says i need flash 10, which i already do. Then it starts to load with the circle, it gets about half way then just sits there. Other sites work, seems to be just mainly Gamespot.

I have the same issue. I always could watch videos here until a few days ago.

I have Adobe flash player V 10.1.85.3

Using IE 8.0.7600.16385

Windows 7 64bit

I have tried re-installing flash but still not working.

Some videos work but most dont.

I have a feeling this is an issue with the pages not loading correctly.

Any ideas?

I believe it has to do with Flash. If you're using Firefox, make sure you have Adblock or anything similar turned off.

What browser do you have? Because if you have Chrome, you'll have to take a couple steps to uninstall Flash and re-install it to get it to work.

If you have the issue where the loading circle gets almost half-way then stops, this may be an issue with adobe storage. I was able to fix the problem by right-clicking the video and entering the "global settings" for adobe. Click the links pertaining how to get to the settings manager panel. Once you've found the panel, try to increase the amount of storage that can allowed to something like 1 MB. I put it at 10 MB. I also checked the box for storing common flash components. If this doesn't work, you can go to the privacy tabs and try removing all previous information. Sorry, I don't have the specific fix as I clobbered everything in one go. If you try the systematic approach, be sure to restart your browser each time to make sure the settings take effect. This seems to be an adobe problem as I've seen this with Firefox on my linux box, which I've fixed, and also with IE8 under Windows XP which I'll have a go at my next opportunity. Hope this helps.

I've had this problem but after refreshing a few times the video worked. Just be patient.

I'm a Firefox on Mac use. I had the same problem over last few days. In my case, logging out of my facebook account fixed the issue.

I tried refreshing multiple times with no result. I aslo tried logging out of facebook... nothing

The "loading circle" never even appears... just says that "flash player 10" is needed

As said before, old videos will still load, which suggests to me it has nothing to do with adblocking ect, unless gamespot has changed something in the way they post videos?

Bumping this thread because this problem has not been fixed. Occasionally it will let me watch a video but most of the time it just says "you need flash 10 to play this video". Please fix this GS!
