Pics for union

I'm an officer in the Gamerz Nation union and I have made A banner pic at 760x140 and file size 46k and even hosted the file myself and made and emblem withe 80x80 and hosted the pictures my self I have told my Leader how to apply the pics without uploading them and just using my link but every time he tries It says "it's to big" he has even tried uploading the banner and it still does not work any ideas?

Yeah, it will still notice the size limit.

It's too big. It may have uploaded, but if it's too big it won't display.
