Its been a while since I made this union and it hasn't leveled up AT ALL.Is this bad?Or does it take a while for it to level up?

They're apparently not levelling up at the moment because of re-designs.

Levels and Emblems for Unions are NOT leveling up for anyone right now. Its a bug that GS Knows about. Edit: ok when I whent to post this there was only one post.
