Problems changing my email account

Hi.

I have been trying to change my email account from the About Me section on my options and get the following errors:

Errors:Unknown Error in: PostalCode
Unknown Error in: State
Unknown Error in: Address1
Unknown Error in: Country
Unknown Error in: City

I'm a Total Access member and and cant change my other contact options from this page.Thanks.

I am having this problem too and REALLY need to change it. Somebody please resolve our problem.

Excuse me, put it has been 3 days since I posted this, yet I haven't even received an acknowledgement that my problem is under review and the problem still persists.

I need to change my email address and I can't.

Can someone at least indicate me HOW to report this problem in a way I would receive a reply from Tech Support?
