Problems with my tracked games and my collections

Hi!

I have some problem with my tracked games and my collections. First of all I don´t receive any updates any more on my tracked games. And my second problem is that I can´t edit my game collections either. I´m sure that I am not the only one...

This issues started when you guys updated the website. Could you please fix these problems or restore the site to it´s former glory, PLEASE!

currently, updates for games do not work for anyone, and the same goes for editing your stacks. supposedly they are working on a fix for these issues. as for when that fix might roll out, that is anyone's guess. sorry that there isn't anything else that can be done about these issues.

There's been a few topics on having zero game updates on this over the last couple months...and yep, still no fix.

As much as I want to give the guys some slack, I honestly didn't think it would take this long.

unfortunately, I'm not sure Gamespot qualifies as a "gaming site" anymore.

Been using gamespot to track my game collection for years, hopefully it won't be long before I can retroactively add games I have recently bought.

I like the new overall layout, but honestly the best part of the old site was the game tracking/my collection/wishlist section. Very organized, and I could move games around from list to list easily. Just freaking fix it GS.

supposedly they said they're working on a fix for the stacks. though who knows how long it will take for the fix to roll out.

@Drottzen: I've made this comment a couple of times since the change. I'll make it one more time but I frankly I already visit this site way less then I did before.

The notices about tracked games was one of the best features of the site and allowed me to easily find reasons to come to this site multiple times a day. Now I go days and sometimes weeks without checking this site and when I do the homepage is the same cluttered disaster of uninteresting crap. I can almost never find anything worth clicking on from the homepage.

There are probably articles here somewhere I might like to read but if so they are buried. GS, your new layout & functionality are a disaster unless the intent was to piss off and drive away your most loyal visitors.

Why is it taking so long to fix game updates? That's the main reason I used the site!

...i dont remember how long this site has been like this but i use to use their tracking feature to help remind me what to buy and i always buy games day 1...

...although i dont know the names of the people at the eb games store i go to...luckly they know me enough to tell me about games i would normally buy...

...if it werent for them i would have forgotten about 5 games i wanted by now...

...now its just depressing that there arent any reason for me to use this site anymore...

Same here... 98% of the time I used to spend on this site was spent editing my collection and wishlist. I decided to give it another shot and spent over a half hour simply trying to select the correct platform/console for a game!

From what I can tell, it's like they decided to do away with games' separate pages for each platform, and just use an average of the scores on all platforms - as if all games were indistinguishable from their other versions, regardless of the console!

I agree with everyone in here. Without notifications it's a chore to get gaming news that's relevant to me on this site and the fact that it's been that way for months now is pretty amazing. Also agree regarding the scores and basic functionality issues ie stacks. I barely come here anymore and when I do it seems nothing has changed.

I just checked, and yep, it's still broken.

At this point they should just switch back to the old system
