Profile avatar not loading in chat?

I added an image to both profile picture options, but I'm still getting the default image when I post in the chat below a video or article. Is there a third profile image option?

Have you heard of Livefyre? Yeah,that company somehow became a snorehouse,really can't do the things people always wanted,name that profile pic sync. FUN FACT! This has happened in the historically famous Old Site,so it's not a big surprise to me.
