Profile is messed up

I came onto the website today and saw first my Username's avatar wasn't the one I had set and my Tracked games were empty. So I log out and log back in.

My avatar is back but my tracked games and the HUNDREDS of games I set in my Collection are gone. Plus, I had a new emblem I've never seen before and it says " Hella Old School". What is happening????

Is there any way to fix or do I have to just add to my tracked and Collection again?

But what is the "Hella Old School" Emblem. I've never seen it before.

I just went to my union and it was like i was not a part of it then i went to a other page then went back and it was fine could my account be crashing :o

and that weird emblem is still there and my game are still gone
