Profile Picture not Chaning!!!!

I changed my profile picture two days ago and I was having trouble doing it f or some reasons. After about a day, my profile picture just randomly changed back to the previous one. I didn't do anything. I am not sure why that happened. But not, when every I try to change it again, nothing happens. It wont let me change it to anything!!!!!!!!!

I don't knwo why this has been a continuous issue, and I have posted a couple of these........

Ok, my picture finally started working but I will give it a try next time I am having trouble!!!! Thanks for the advice!
