PS3 "Home" as a new game

I think that "HOME" for ps3 should be listed as a game, I know its not a game game, but it would still be nice to have a central place for all the images, videos, news, and have a special message board for it

But it's still not a 'game'. The same way GS doesn't have a game for the Wii's Mii Channel, Photo Channel, News Channel, etc.

Exactly. If GameSpot want to make a place for "PS3's Home" then they will do so but i should not be a gamespace that they take up.

I am assuming that the current PS3 unions are already talking about it and probaly will continue to do so.

I don't think it's needed at all. There have got to be 3 or 4 really active PS3 unions, any many more small ones, that will be covering everything and anything home related. On top of that you have the PS3 forum itself that will get all the coverage. I'm sure GS will have news articles about the updates, but there is no need for a specific page dedicated to Home.

Well there is a page for Final Fantasy XII: Advent Children for psp and that's a movie, not a game. I think Home is closer to a game than a movie is.

but they do it for Wii Channels as a whole, and Pictochat for the DS, I see no problem with it

But they still made gamespaces for the DS and Wii Opera browsers.
