This link needs to be taken down immediately. http://www.360sforcheap.com/ is being listed under the Cnet sponsered links at the bottom of certain game pages. This is a scam site that showed up about a week ago and is taking people for money. I hope you guys can get in touch with whoever runs the sponsered links and get them to pull the ad.

Here is a related discussion about the scam:

Thanks!

Agreed, there really shouldn't be links to scams like that on sites as reputable as Gamespot.

actually it's been on gamespot for awhile. i first saw it about a month and a half ago. i just saw it advertised on my gmail account and it got me to wondering if it was legit or not. so i just googled 360sforcheap.com and got a whole list of forums with ppl asking the same thing. some guy had traced the site and all other kinda of good stuff. he found out that his credit card had been charged to something called gameplugins and that some lady he talked to said that was a dead company in australia. another thing everyone should really notice is the price. $34.99? the site says that they ship from somewhere in asia. that's probably what it takes to ship the xbox from asia!
