Articles like this:

http://www.gamespot.com/videos/bran-time-travel-theories-explained-gamespot-of-th/2300-6432285/

Much of the TV show and movie article content is comparatively spoilerific to the game articles. It's not ideal when the portion of the article that appears on the home page feed contains spoilers, especially for a show episode that only aired three days ago. Couple that with the fact that there's no way to filter out the non-gaming content and it can actually be a reason to stay off GS until you know you're current with shows like GoT.

@Byshop: I'll let the content guys know. They have to walk a fine line in writing headlines that sound somewhat interesting without giving stuff away, but it's something we do strive for.

I get that. I imagine it's hard to write a compelling headline without being click-baity or spoiler-ey.

@wemmick: FYI the moderator team is getting more complaints about GoT spoilers in the main page feed this week.

@Byshop: Could you send me an example of what they think is a spoiler? I just want to give something concrete to the Content folks.

@wemmick: They didn't specify but if I had to guess it would probably be this one:

Game of Thrones Season 6 Episode 7: The Broken Man Reaction

Fan theories are being confirmed left and right. First Coldhands, and now maybe even Cleganebowl! The GameSpot of Thrones gang are hyped. Beware: book and show spoilers within!

It basically spoils that The Hound is not dead even though they were probably trying to be coy about it. -Byshop
