either take off or get a different ad for collegehumor. I feel uncomfortable seeing that advertisement especially when my parents are around.

I think you must be subscribed to GS to avoid that.

If your web browser has tabs, immediately click on continue to GS, takes faster load up.

It's not that, it's the banners, on the pages is what he is talking about.

I don't mind having ads around the site, but this one is kind of a problem with parents, and little kids around the house...

Based on prior experience, this ad is not coming from the site--it is coming from adware or spyware installed on your system that is specifically designed to replace advertisements of common dimensions with its own ads. If you can take a screenshot of the ad, please do so and email it to me at kevinv@gamespot.com, and I will look into it. However, our ads should not feature anything from collegehumor, and this exact circumstance in the past has been caused by user-end spyware.

No thats just the old "Some contest involving girls" ad that GS has as a banner on some pages. Just scroll down and avoid it, easy

Well as being a total access subscriber i don't notice this so i can't tell what one specific you are talking about. Also Gamespot sets an age limit of 13 to join so the ads should be suitable for anyone at 13, if they are not you can take a picture of the specific ad and email KevinV as he already said.

Avoid ads altogether, get Firefox and install the AdBlock Plus addon. It doesn't circumvent any portion of the Gamespot network, it's ToS, or prevent them from receiving funds for circulating that ad.

We've reviewed the CollegeHumor ads running on our site and have had one ad pulled for not meeting our guidelines.

Thanks for the heads-up.

Spyware? How do we get rid of spyware that we may have gotten?

So its not spyware on our end?
