Total Access Subscription Help

Hi there,

Ok, i'm dumb, i admit it. I wanted to subscribe to Total Access but i accidentaly subscribed to the Plus. So i canceled my Plus subscription and went to upgrade my subscription to Total Acces and now i'm getting an error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
