I've been noticing this for a while now.

I receive emails for a long time but only recently, probably since E3

Problem:

My daily update tracking games emails are missing pictures and text.

For example:

If there is something new in the game Dark void

All I see is a email with background saying navyseai's updates

and then in the email body I see Dark Void

I don't see a picture anymore (somehow theres a place for the picture but it only shows it empty)

and I don't see content text or any other kind of information. All I see is the title of the game

What I already tried:

- I cleaned cookies

- I tried in firefox

- I tried in IE8

- I checked if I was receiving emails in HTML, instead Text

So any sugestions?

Thanks

As yet I see NO response from GameSpot. Can someone from Tech Support please tell us what's going on? These emails have gone from very informative and something that would cause a high clickthrough rate to... almost utterly useless.

It's the difference between a nightly news promo that said, "Coming up next - Channel 5 Local News goes inside a local hospital under investigation for shockingly substandard facilities!" and one that said, "Coming up next - Channel 5 Local News will be showing a local news broadcast!"

What's the deal? Fix it. You're only hurting your own impression and clickthrough rate.
