So I just noticed after I replaced Firefox with Chrome.. Whenever I try to retrieve my lost password for my account via Steam or Battlenet, I don't get any email.

I called Blizzard yesterday, had a chat on the phone and he mentioned something about using "hotmail" is not a good idea. I however got my lost password from Blizzard. But Steam, HOWEVER... I am having problem getting a password reset from them.

So, anyone know what kind of problem I am facing here?

It sounds to me like your email provider is just filtering your email. That happens a lot with a lot of email providers. The problem is that a lot of fraudulent/scam emails are designed to look exactly like password reset emails, and the email providers mark them as spam because they can't tell the difference. Some web-based email services include a spam folder - you might be able to look in there when you are expecting an email to see if your provider marked it as spam. Beyond that, it doesn't sound like this is a problem with GameSpot per se, and we don't provide general technical support on everything - just problems with the GameSpot web site.
