I am getting that too, the links are there in the source html but the popdown menu isn't going. Tested with firefox, safari, and ie, no go.
My download manager add-on (downthemall) can find them though, just a bit of a hassle.
I have also experienced this problem.
The following might help. If, like me, the problem was that you can't get the download manager to actually display, then try this. Go to the "downloads" section, and click anything to download and choose the "fast and easy" or similar download option for the download manager. These links still work, and cause the download manager to display. Cancel that download considering you probably didn't want it anyway.
Then, use the built-in search function of download manager and type the name of the video you wanted to download as close to the title as possible. The download manager will find it if it exists, and then you can download it using the DM as normal.
This is an inconvenience and only a temporary solution at best, but it should allow you to get the videos that you want.
