Union Rights

I believe Union leaders should be able to completely delete previously deleted messages (so it doesn't repeat "This message was deleted by the user or a moderator")

And all Union leaders should be able to block people from joining the Union.

Part one: I don't think this is possible. Not being a sire admin or even a moderator I couldn't give a real answer though.

He is right. Even mods/admins can't do that (but admins probably can), but I am saying it's pretty annoying to have Message was deleted..... instead of just disappearing
