I don't think I can test this without setting off alarms. Just out of curiosity, at what point in the process do you see this? Do you know what the link is that you click just before this happens? Knowing that might give the techs something to focus on if they need to look at it. I think your best bet is probably going to be Customer Support. Just be prepared to give them some time - they'll get to you eventually.
