Whenever I play a video lately and start reading the comments, the ridiculous auto-queue feature kicks in and jumps me to a completely unrelated page that I don't want to see. It also disrupts any link I have clicked which IMO is a horrible design.

Could you please incorporate a video settings option to turn this "Up next in: X seconds" feature off. Or just remove it completely.

And please don't tell me to just press the cancel button. That option is pointless when I'm usually no longer looking at the video by the time it has ended.

It's been mentioned before and I've always supported it, it's pretty annoying when it just skips to another video.

A more viable alternative might be to have it return to the listing you were in - if you were watching a game trailer, it goes back to the Trailers list.

That or go back to the old way where the video just stops at the end.

This has been bugging me for weeks now......

Honestly - who in your WEB DEPARTMENT actually implemented this feature to automatically send the user to another video without their consent?????

Whoever actioned the change has absoltuley no idea about user experience.

Think about it gamespot.... I click on a 'VIDEO REVIEW... I watch the review in full, I then scroll down to view the comments WHOOOOPS, now I am being forwarded to another video that is irrelevant????

So now I have to press the back button and then pause the video.... its totally ridduclous, honestly, allow us to TURN IT OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a horrible horrible feature and utterly annoying. Whoever made this might thought it'd make things easier for users, but no, it's the total opposite.

You can turn off the autoplay. Next time you're watching a video, check the options in the bottom right.

Thanks for sharing that tip with them dab! We'll be sure to get Synthia to mention this in the next tip of the week.
