I uninstall the extension (Chrome) and on Control Panel (Internet Explorer) and received all time this message:

What the problem ?

Can you try opening it in an incognito window? Or another browser?

That message is triggered by some extension or third-party program interfering with the player by modifying what data your browser can receive. Perhaps Ghostery?
