Video Upload Software Error Is Back Already...

I searched the forums and apparently this happened a week ago, and was "fixed"

Well I hate to bring bad news but it's happening again. Just as I tried uploading a video today GS laid the smackdown on me:

can't open numfile: Permission denied at /nfs/htdocs/gamespot_5/cgi/progress_bar.cgi line 131.

Why is this still happening? Isn't it supposed to be fixed?

Me too, my Canadian friend, me too!

So it's been about a week at this point and this still hasn't been acknowledged by anyone, let alone fixed lol. I JUST WANT TO POST A DAMN VIDEO.

The service has basically been down for a month with a day or two in between "fixes," what kind of tech does gamespot have? I mean I know they're a big site with lots to do every day but damn man how hard can this be? It's just the graphic for the progress bar that's messing up apparently so I can't imagine that would take a month to fix lol.

I just wanted to circle back to thank the Gamespot staff for fixing this error. My family and friends can finally see my kids laughing and playing!
