Videos are not working.

It's been a couple of weeks and I can't get videos to work. Not in Chrome or IE. Just a black screen. Adblock is disabled. What's the deal? Anybody?

There are a few things you can try:

• Try a different browser.
• Make sure Adobe Flash Player, Javascript, etc. are up to date.
• Clear your browser's cache.

run the browser with no extension to troubleshoot first
