Videos I have uploaded play for me within my profile, but they don't show up in the gamepage listing. If he's talking about user videos then i'm having the same problem.

So far its been all video. Even the boxes where you enter your birthday dont show up. I tired it on a different computer and it worked, but it wont work on mine.

Have you tried updating your Flash Player? Sometimes that fixes issuse with videos on the site.
Here's another link to a video, but it leads to a broken webpage.

Have you tried this?
The webpage a thttp://www.gamespot.com/video/gamespot-and-giantbomb-break-walls-6372150/has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.
Separating the video from the source it still doesn't load, though it's the 1st time I've seen this particular form of it - the page itself isn't loading properly either, there's a random 0 before the player and nothing past the player loads, which may or may not be related. Here's a link that leads to a broken Flash player.

Have you tried this?Dracula68
I have; it only caused me annoyances, and didn't solve the problem.
I even used other browsers, and another computer's browsers. Natch.
I had to watch the video on GameSpot's YouTube channel.
List of still-broken video pages at this time of writing:
Broken video for an iOS game.
Not sure if more cases such as these may help you isolate an ingrained problem, but hopefully you can spot a pattern in the execution of the webpage loading.
Log of Fixed Videos (thanks to any GameSpot staffer or admin-empowered user who fixed them, if you did fix them):
Since-fixed video for an iOS game..
Since-fixed video for some Sims-knock-off game.
Since-fixed video for Botanicula gameplay.
Botanicula video, no longer broken.
One video for DiRT Showdown.
Gameplay video for Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time.
Trailer video for Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time.
Fixed recap video for Prototype 2.
Hopefully, anybody of you that can see the code of the webpage as it loads can see any pattern to the scripts used to fix them.
Here's another link to a video, but it leads to a broken webpage.Gelugon_baatStill getting an infinite redirect loop from this page..no idea why as the page never loads far enough for me to see the source
User video are still broken for me, none of them work. All other videos work just find its only user video. Its been broken for just over a month now and its getting really annoying.Sidburn19No idea why they don't work for you still - every user video I've tried plays fine for me.
I am not able to play the video "Now Playing: Guild Wars 2 Beta". It just shows the black screen with all the controls and nothing else.
I tried to download the video but it stopped at ~6 MB and did not continue.
Maybe it is something to do with the size of the video as the same thing happens for "Now Playing - Risen 2: Dark Waters".
I have tried playing the video on Firefox, Chrome and IE as well as on other computer.

It may be limitations of your browser. You might want to consider increasing your browser's access to computer resources, especially its cache.
How can I do that? Could you please guide me how to do this either in Firefox, IE or Chrome?
Thank you very much in advance!

For Firefox, go to Options and look for the Advanced tab. That tab contains virtually all of the options that you need for tweaking the resources that Firefox consumes.
However, I wouldn't mess around with those without an FAQ or technical support thread in hand. I don't exactly know all of the symptoms and details of your problem.
If messing around with those settings don't work, then I would tell you that I am stumped. It could be your router, your Internet connection settings or just GameSpot's problem.
I can't load any video. I have latest flash and I'm using Chrome.

Used any other browser?
You should know that Adobe maintains separate Flash player plug-ins for different browsers.
Yes, I did try on Safari and Firefox and nothing.
If I go to a page like thisI can watch the videos there without no problem but when I go to a video page it just says loading and I can't click at all on the drop down menu next to my username.
-Hector-
Now I am stumped.
It could be a HTML-loading problem, since you can watch Flash videos on one page but not the others. You may want to ring up some actual GameSpot staffers, because I think that this is an isolated site-user issue.
However, I suggest checking those video pages again. I have written a couple of posts earlier, and it seems to be a problem with how the GameSpot servers refresh their hosted content.

I emptied my cache. That seem to fixed the problem. Everything is working fine now! :)I emptied my cache. That seem to fixed the problem. Everything is working fine now! :)-Hector-
Oh yeah, that. I keep forgetting that. :?
From a thread hereReposting my reply from that thread for reference:
[QUOTE="PcGamingRig"]Hi
All the videos I have tried to watch today are blank green, I have sound but no picture.
Any idea what is causing this?
Thank you.

If this issue is occurring for you it will likely occur on all Flash videos you try to watch, like on YouTube and such, not just on this site. Try disabling hardware acceleration in your Flash player - right click on the video, click "Settings...", then uncheck the "Enable hardware acceleration" box.silentexistence
I just signed up for Total Acces and the HD videos cannot be played back on an iPad, even though the other video versions work. Could this please be fixed? Also on iPad, upon tapping on the Download button, the download versions of shows like OTS do not show up.bytehead
Since you are a premium user, you may want to post your problem here.
Exist a solution for this problem?
All the E3 session I couldn't watch.
I tried different browsers, cleared cache, Flash is uptodate, disabled HW acceleration.
Gamespot seems not to care.
In this case, it doesn't make any sense to pay for a subscription.
Thanksjuki66
Technical problems tend to happen in GameSpot. That said, your subscription is a waste. You don't have to watch HD versions of videos to see what GameSpot has uploaded.
