Hello,

every video will auto-start when I switch to a Gamespot website page tab in Chrome, it's very annoying. Do you think you can fix this ? And there is no point in putting a footer in articles list because content auto-load and scrolls is infinite.

I hope this isn't too much off-topic since on the http://www.gamespot.com/help/ page under the "not answered above?" with the text sentence 'Link: reach out directly to our customer support team is broken into no functions at all to it along with the search forums box feature that does seem to be broken as everyone says it is and it does seem to be locked to only one forum thread into finding whatever over what you have entered into the search box and since this help/report a bug forum has almost nearly over 19,000 closer to 20,000 threads and who knows how many comments, questions, etcetera, I don't want be sitting up all night, morning, evening, days on end to find that someone else has already posted a similar question or answer to it here over What I am going to be asked made possible since I am leaving games behind altogether, including anything related such as gaming sites and now what I wanted to ask is for making it possible to have this feature under account added or an ability to do so:

): Make it a possible way somewhere or a button under member's account to being able to unsubscribe as a Gamespot member/removed account member status to the website so I can finally move on with Real Life stuff out of all things games thus having nothing to drag me back into the gaming/gamers lifestyles, can you plz do it? Thanks!~(For listening) ;)

@GameExplorer:

The help link is just mailto link to support@gamespot.com. I'm not sure why it isn't working for you, but it does rely on your PC having a program configured to send email. If you don't have an email app, just go ahead and use support@gamespot.com email.

Board search seems to work as far as I can tell - is there something specific you're looking for? If you can give me a link for the page where search isn't working for you, that'd help.

Thanks!
