Planned Purchases

So, what games are you planning on getting this week? I figure this is a bit different from what you came home with, so people can speculate here.

I should be getting Army of Two and Bully: Scholarship Edition for 360 on Friday, Super Smash Bros. Brawl on Sunday and Condemned 2 for 360 next week. I'd like to pick up God of War: Chains of Olympus and Patapon soon, but have to get my console games first before moving on to handhelds.

I've already bought about 60+ games for the NES and I'm waiting for them all to arrive before they go onto the collection number. They come with about 4-6 controllers (I forget exact numbers), 2 zappers, and one old style system and one top loader.

Also, an assortment of SNES, Genesis, and NGPC games that I'll list on the acquisitions topic once they all arrive, as well as N64 memory cards and replacement thumbsticks. SSBB I'll buy Sunday. That'll be it for a while.

My preorder of Grand Theft Auto IV aside, the closest thing to planning a purchase for me goes like this...

"Hmm...I think I'll buy a game or 9 today."

*goes to store*

"This looks nice...I think I'll buy it."

Then I have to play the "May I Help You?" riff and wait for the nice Wal-Mart guy to unlock the case for me...stupid Wal-Mart.

For the most part, I don't plan my purchases. I just go to the store and pick up whatever looks interesting.

With that said, there are some upcoming PS2 games that I plan to get: Mana Khemia, Arcana Heart, and Persona 3 Fes.

I'm like wafle, I don't plan buys either. But I do want this game for the PS2. Saw it online fo rthe first time today:

ya, and I hate waiting 10 min for the page to load.

I'll make this clear; we LOVE seeing pics of the actual buys. those are cool and we ignore the load time issues. box shots of games are not preferable to a list. it's more work for you, longer loads for us and frankly a pain in the ass in general.
