as a huge racing fan, i love to play racing games, especially F1 racing. but lately i havent seen any f1 games coming out. so do you know of any good racing cames that are current?
rFactor and the CTDP F1 2005 mod and the various tracks mods are really the only good "F1 game" on the PC since EA had to stop making their games when Sony bought up the rights to F1 and started making PS2/3 exclusive games. But rFactor is great! Not just for F1 but many other racing series, real and fictional with a huge community creating thousands of mods.
CDTP isn't the only F1 mod, there are many others, but they are the best and should be coming out with the 2006 cars soon.
The last EA Sport's F1 game on the PC was "F1 Challenge 99-02" and it was awesome! There is a 2006 mod for it, I'm not sure if there's a 2007 mod as well.

I liked Challenge 99-02, but it seemed to get a little stale after a while. And more modders are moving away from Challenge to go work on rFactor.
