Thanks for explaining it to them. As for what's going to happen I would like to add a few things.

1. BATracer has recently given the option of editing team upgrades for private games. This can be used to either level out the playing field so it's more competitive or spread out the field, making it more realistic.

2. Three new F1 carsets have just been released. F1 1997, F1 1999 and F1 2005.

I will. Infact I already have created a game just to see how I can manipulate team upgrades to make things more competitive and ultimately fairer. So you could be in like a Minardi or a Jordan, but still have a good chance of winning.

If you are interested in taking part I'll give out the url, password and we'll be on our way.

How about someone sends out a PM to the whole Union, link them to this page and then you should get some interest?

I think the best thing to do now is to list the names of all those wanting join in. Then I'll send a messege containing the game's password and details to all the hopefuls.

And by the way as most of us Batracer veterans know we're gonna need at least 10 competitors to get the game underway. Although preferably we would like more than just 10 :D.

I got the BAR team. Not for Honda, since I don't really care for them, although they do make a heck of an engine. Ol', Jeff Gordon (NASCAR) was talking last night on TV about his possible joining BAR in the mid 90s. So I just picked them. :D

Yeah, BAR (British American Tabbaco Racing I think) were quite good in the early 2000's but they slipped back the last couple of years. It was worse in their first season when they could not seem to finish a race and they had 0 points, even Minardi out scored them (oh yes!) but their colour scheme for the cars was pretty cool, I think each driver had a different style (one had red and one was blue or they were vice versa).Garfield360UK

I just joined for this competition. I was cautious too Garfield360UK, but it is very straight forward and not personal except you use your 'real' name and can show what city,country you are from. They discourage using real drivers' names but if you would like to use a pseudonym that would seem reasonable, just keep using it.

It does get a little addictive and is quite fun trying to best your times on the track and the lap by lap commentary is neat.
