According to this article, Toyota has "suspended" techhnical director Mike Gascoyne. Some are saying, however, that "supsended" means "fired." It's no secret that Gascoyne is pretty full of himself, but there's also little doubt that he's one of the brightest minds in the sport. This "fundamental difference of opinion" as Toyota put it in the press comments, must have been far more serious than they're letting on.

There were conflicts between his and the team's ideas all the time, so it was expected that they were not going to continue together. I wonder who's going to be his replacement though.:question:
